Hey all! I'm curious to know what potential sellers state are the reasons why they choose to list their house with an agent (and how do they choose a particular agent) vs. when they choose to sell FSBO.

What do you do/say to demonstrate the value an agent brings vs. when an owner attempts to sell a property themselves?
