Like I said hoping maybe I just hear something new or said differently that inspires me, even if it is the same old it will just continue to help reinforce those concepts and keep me focused on what I'll do once I'm free to do what I want. 

A good idea is especially if you partner with people who could guide you on the first deal then you get to learn as well as invest.There's loads of stories on BP of people who started with less money and got the ball rolling - maybe you will see something that inspires you to get started sooner?

Most or all people that they interview on the show truly have a genuine reason behind there success. 

I haven't bought a deal for a while but I have accumulated more funds - I'm planning on moving out of SoCal and FHAing a 4-unit wherever I end up, plus I have the money to buy another property in my East Coast market if I see something I like (I'll be back there next month visiting family, arguing down property taxes for my newest property at a hearing, working on my properties).Hopefully these ideas are inspiring. 

Way too much risk especially when they could do a short sale and genuinely be done with it and move on without the possibility that you may default on the mortgage and then they’re back in foreclosure again...

Outside the box, I really can't get enough and I wanted to reach out to the community to see what people found impactful and inspiring to ones self development.Look forward to some great suggestions!
