Hello, my name is Gabe Kelley. I live in Juneau Alaska. I am currently working in Louisiana as a rope access welder. I get paid very well, I have no expecnes and am saving money. I believe that in the next 18 months I can save 100k and then I am looking to start buying rentals. Anyone else on here from Juneau? From SE Alaska?

Hi Gabe, welcome to the forum

One question - why wait until you have 100k?

You can do deals with much less. A good idea is especially if you partner with people who could guide you on the first deal then you get to learn as well as invest.

There's loads of stories on BP of people who started with less money and got the ball rolling - maybe you will see something that inspires you to get started sooner?

Best of luck anyway
