It's about to undergo the transition East Austin and South Lamar recently went through. 

Hi Ryan,I have been following several areas in and out of the city undergoing gentrification and am mostly aware of where I would want to pick up something, but as soon as one is available, I can hardly get in to see it for all the contractors' trucks lined up, lol!

If they refuse spit in their coffee when they are not watching and take a picture of that green brown yellow loogie floating in their coffee, and when they finished drinking it, ask for their number, then run away and once you are in your car send them a pic (or video even better) of that monster loogie and them drinking and chewing on that fat slimy loogie and then say in the text, if you only had given me their info.

She was a good tenant so I let her slide.  8 mo later she got a great job and her fat tax check and she was caught up in 3 months.The other side of the coin is the mouthy tenant you hate that can't pay cause they spent their rent money going to vegas for his/her birthday even though they don't have a pot to piss in. 

I had a single family home, im current renting out (break even situation presently)  My fiance Nicole and I just bought a Duplex in Alpha NJ 08865 to house hack, we are currently under going renovations on our own and actively seeking our next investment opportunity. 

As if the loss of what amounts to a big fat federal subsidy from gov't-controlled Fannie Mae isn't going to be made up for elsewhere.

I've never purchased a house before so bare with me.1) What are the major problems with homes that you've seen that is a big fat "NO" as a rental investment?
