I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.  My name is Dan Vandenbos.  I had a single family home, im current renting out (break even situation presently)  My fiance Nicole and I just bought a Duplex in Alpha NJ 08865 to house hack, we are currently under going renovations on our own and actively seeking our next investment opportunity.  I'm very happy to be here and looking foward to networking and trying to build a solid cash flowing portfolio.  I'm interested in multi family residential as well as smaller (5-10) commercial properties.  Thank you for anyone who took the time to read this post and we're super happy to be part of the community and hope we can help to bring value....
