Does working out and investing take the same mindset?

I know we have all heard the analogy, working is just like real estate. I have been thinking about this analogy the past few days as I have just started back on "insanity." I am sitting here day 3 of getting back into working out full time, and I am sore, it's hard to walk, and I have thoughts of quitting. Then I just reflect on my short career of real estate investing. When I first went full time at this, it took me a while to start seeing results. I was frustrated, I wanted to run when I could barely crawl in this game, and I had thoughts of giving up. But, I trusted the process. I kept taking action every single day. Working out starts slow, you get sore, and you get frustrated just like real estate, but soon I will be more energetic, I will see results, and I will actually be able to complete the videos lol.

To all of the real estate investors out there, trust the process. You will see results down the road if you "keep pushing play" as Sean T tells me every time I turn the video on.
