I don't doubt you but I am fascinated that could happen.

REI has so many different avenues, thats what is so fascinating about it.

I love shots of buildings and rooms and spaces from angles you normally don't (and sometimes can't, see) spacial relationships just fascinate me, and I've seen some pictures of properties for sale in the realty catalogs at the beach that I just marvel at.  

Dealing with the County and the various organizations to go through the zoning change is going to be fascinating, and a new challenge for sure.

The deal might not start off as a home run; however, Real Estate Investing is a fascinating game and you can finish strong even though the start might seem rather standard. 

Now, I totally empathize with your thought process here however I just think Return of Time Spent with loved ones is the goal of many starting this fascinating journey called Real Estate Investing 🤗🤗🤗No need to put the horse before the rider while trying to find a missing cart Hope this helps 👍🏾👍🏾
