They will look brand new and are a very effective way of handling flooring...ALWAYS use the hardwood when it is there unless really damaged and even then try to save it, very durable and people LOVE it.

Unless your tenant is very high end for the rental market then you need items that take abuse and are durable for a long time.Also at play is if the contractor specializes in redoing bathrooms etc.

I came across a company close to me that for a flat fee of $2,500 they advise for income tax, estate and gift tax planning,  document preparation for pour-over wills, revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, living wills, assignment of personal property, quitclaim deed, and LLC.This flat fee is for life and I can ask questions and sit down and talk as much as I want.
