Asset protection adviser
I came across a company close to me that for a flat fee of $2,500 they advise for
income tax,
estate and gift tax planning,
document preparation for pour-over wills, revocable living trust, durable power of attorney, living wills, assignment of personal property, quitclaim deed, and LLC.
This flat fee is for life and I can ask questions and sit down and talk as much as I want. From talking they seem to know about real estate (More than the real estate attorney's I've spoke with). I'm wondering if you guys think this is a good deal? I know I can start LLC's myself but to make sure it's done right and have them doing them for life along with everything else they do it seems to be a good value.
