Choosing the right bathtub, enclosure and valve for a rental

I need to replace a fiberglass tub (with a patched hole) and enclosure at a rental property. While it's open, might as well replace the valve and trim. Wish to install something durable that will last at least 5+ years. Two options I'm considering are:
1- Fiberglass or acrylic tub and surround (relatively inexpensive, less labor intensive),
2- Cast Iron tub and quartz panels (longer lasting, more expensive to install).

Any recommendations for materials, make and model of the tub and valve that can take abuse of a rental property?
