While on deployment back in 2010 I discovered Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and like many I believe, was very intrigued with the thought of using vehicles like real estate to someday reach financial freedom.

Currently I am deployed overseas as a contractor and was wondering if I saw a property I wanted to buy, would someone else be able to put the property under my LLC if there name wasn't on it, or would I need a special power of attorney.

I didn't own or owe much, at that point.The new job paid well, I had a cheap studio apartment that I used infrequently due to deployments, and things were looking up.
