You asked about my interest there - it stems from a few things: 1.

My firm is currently considering putting offers in on two warehouses in Oakland, California for a total of $6m combined that are 100% leased to cannabis companies.

I am a r.e. investor  specializing in  the cannabis industry and commercial real estate.

There seems to be a LOT of confusion on this issue, and it stems from the fact that two different laws are in play regarding allowing people to have animals, and these laws are interpreted by two different government agencies in different ways.Under ADA, public establishments must permit a disabled person with a trained service animal.  

While realtor.com should provide the most accurate account for MLS listings, users still find errors in realtor.com... most stemming from broker data entry errors.

So much so, these entrepreneurs are called “Tampreneurs.”Tampa has the diversified economy millennials seek, led by financial services, STEM-related occupations, health care, research, education, tourism, retirement, and military bases all making significant contributions to jobs and growth.

The difference between legal and ethical issues stems from the division between the core areas of law and ethics; law controls what people can and cannot do, while ethics are moral standards that govern what people should or should not do.

Is this just along party lines or do you landlords think this Is what the future holds over the next decade and like Cannabis laws starts in one place and will end up nation wide.It seems these are meant to create affordable rent situations / or keep rents in check.. when I talk to landlords.

@Jacob Morris - Hi Jacob, I'd speculate that the reviews stem from taking a largely thankless job- tenants dislike property managers for the most part, owners see them as a necessary evil, and if I was to make a prediction people don't take time to provide great reviews nearly as frequently -  it's to vent and post a complaint.That said if you search Stonehenge reviews you will find 1 star reviews...I have my own client base and operate a branch office of Stonehenge so I'm quite separate from them other than the oversight of their broker...none of their online reviews are my client base. :)I qualify at the end of this month to apply for my broker's license so I will be on my own soon enough. 

The Fed starts flailing, do they issue a 400 basis  point INCREASE to stem inflation, or a 400 bpt DROP to stock economy AND in that supercharge inflation?
