Maybe it's just me, but I like to know about more than one strategy just to broaden my knowledge base.

NY is just a monster market so I am broadening my focus to NJ and PA. 

I definitely LOVE the BP podcasts too and have also found that they've broadened my knowledge about the industry, as well as various terminology. 

I feel that I understand that process pretty well now, so I'm interested in getting into commercial properties, unconventional financing, and networking to broaden my exposure to greater opportunities.   

I'm simply looking to broaden my knowledge in real estate and always looking for a profitable investment. 

It's good to broaden your exposure so you find different ways to approach problems (and avoid them).I would also highly recommend J.

College isn't only about learning the specific material, it's about broadening your understanding about topics you have no understanding of now, and never would, without being exposed to it in college.What you learn in school, in part, are the basics of everything in life that you will want/need to learn in the future.
