@Eryn Garcia I agree with @Eli Kantor the hot tub instructions with photos really saved us a phone call at one short term rental and that is saying something since my husband can figure most things out.

We call the employer, and we never use the phone number provided by the applicant because they could be routing us to a friend or family member.

Many don't pick up the phone past 5pm or before 9am, don't work on the weekends, only push files in and do not really review them, and are difficult to get a hold of.
