With that being said, i was evaluating to invest in US, it's a country that i like and admire. 

There are so many trail blazing women to admire.

I admire your tenacity though.

That's why I really do admire all of you that have responded to my post because it felt a little bit scary to open up.

I use Quickbooks to maintain invoices, expenses, reports, mileage, etc...It sounds like you have done well for yourself and I admire this.

It is admirable to see those who do not wish to be the 'bad guy' landlord and appear as greedy and squeezing every penny from a tenant, especially one who upholds their side of the bargain and takes care of the property, but you have to keep up with the market or you'll be in trouble down the line.
