First Steps From Italy to US

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here and it's a pleasure. After educating myself with all the BiggerPockets books and videos, i think it's time to take some action.

I'm from Italy, unfortunately the real estate market here is not very good, banks don't give out loans, you can't refinance, everything is much more tricky, but hey, we have good food.

With that being said, i was evaluating to invest in US, it's a country that i like and admire. Does someone with some experience can help me out with some directions? Such as if it's convenient for me to set up an LCC and use it as a vehicle to invest or things that can help me start somehow. I can also consider to partner up, if someone is looking for funds, i'd be glad to discuss it.

Please let me know,

Best, Al
