Yet another chance to be featured in the next issue of BiggerPockets Wealth Magazine...

Forced to take action and break out of my comfort zone I stumbled into an article in a now defunct real estate magazine about something called Rent-To-Own. 

I live in San Diego and was featured as a guest on Podcast 238 and I was on the front cover of BP’s new wealth magazine too.

Moreover, I look at a magazine cover I was featured on earlier this year.

There are Californians (and New Yorkers and other coastal cities) that can sell and use the tax free net proceeds to put over 20%+ on a property like that.

Also, there is a large supply of 2-4 family homes priced under 1.5mil.In general, I think proximity to grocery stores is becoming less of a factor, as many New Yorkers rely solely on delivery.
