What makes a new agent attractive to a TOP NOTCH RE Broker?

I've been investing in Indiana for a few years and my family will be relocating to an STR market soon in Florida. I'm actively getting my license and would love to know from brokers,

"What can a new agent showcase in their attempt to connect and join a high level team that would make them the most attractive candidate to join their brokerage?"

Skills & Professional Highlight Reel:

Active Investor

Experience with wholesale

Experience with creative financing

Score: ID on the DISC assessment

Out of State Investor Network (moving to a STR friendly city)

Relentless Curiosity

Skilled Problem Processor

Prior Franchise owner (pre-covid)

Extensive Sales Experience & training

SOLOprenuer since 2012

Decorated Athlete including a world championship title, multiple state and regional titles across several sports

Awarded the title of Top 20 Under 40 Business Leaders in my local area in 2018

Interviewed and featured on the front page of 3 local magazines while owning my other business.

What else can I be working on or highlight when speaking to brokers regarding my experiences?

What landed you a spot on your desired RE Team?

What can I keep working on now?

Thank you everyone!

Simple: Figure out this question and it should help. What's in it for them? Are you bringing something to the table that he/she/they lack and will be beneficial to their business? My best agent has zero accolades but has a burning desire to be successful and demonstrated it from day 1 and easily beats the average agent closings per year by multiples AND is becoming a dominate force in his chosen submarket. He had a business plan and hit the ground running.
