I'm guessing he really doesn't care if we leave $50-75/mth on the table and he doesn't have a vacancy competing with us at the moment ... so I was a little puzzled by his reaction.

You also seem to believe, at least to some extent, that folks in one category will stay in that category or even want to stay in that category.I think your categorization of investors has missed a huge piece of the puzzle...motivation.

Fla.and I’m puzzled about what is happening at the settlement table here.Now as a Realtor I am well aware that the settlement agent conducting the closing will tell anyone that they do not represent anyone present at the settlement.And of course I am also aware that almost no one ever asked the question.
