Hello,

I am a new syndicator who is looking to start raising private money and would appreciate any critiques or suggestions from syndication professionals. Thank you so much! 

(I just found out that BP, doesn't like for folks to ask for mentors or offer deals, pretty sure I'm not violating anything, but if I am just delete this bad boy)
