Then, after making any necessary notes on the card, move the card to the next date that you want to contact them.Rinse and repeat.Once the house is sold or for whatever reason you decide not contact them again, you simply remove the card from the folders and place it in some other archive for future reference if necessary.HTHBob

Clerk of the court is responsible for archiving records for the public, not providing list for commercial use by marketers.They have no obligation to help you gather and create lists.Either you do your own research by pulling files one at a time, hire a researcher to pull Giles to your specs or possibly a commercial list provider.

The other thing I would say is check out the zoning archive here: https://atlas.phila.gov/Some properties have old zoning documents attached to them that proove the building was once used as a multi family in the past which might help you if you need to apply for a zoning variance.
