How to organize foreclosure leads from county website
For you all who mail daily to newly posted foreclosure leads from your county website, how do you stay organized for repeat mailings?
If I mail out everyday to the new filings, how can I make sure I remember to send out another letter in 3 days or a week or whatever the amount of time is? It seems like multiple touches would be the way to go, but I can't figure out how to keep things organized.
And I also don't want to keep marketing to people who have already had there house auctioned off...
Advice/suggestions appreicated!

Create what used to be called a tickler file. Have 31 folders, one for each day of the month. Have an information card for each lead. Place the leads in the folders according to which day you plan to contact them.
Each day you open that day's folder and contact the owner for each information card that is in that folder. Then, after making any necessary notes on the card, move the card to the next date that you want to contact them.
Rinse and repeat.
Once the house is sold or for whatever reason you decide not contact them again, you simply remove the card from the folders and place it in some other archive for future reference if necessary.
