I went with the cycling team to the Pan-Am Games in Winnipeg as a nationally ranked junior in the ABA.

I am familiar with Naperville IL and I like what I saw.My conclusion: the borrower's background, experience and capability to pay all pan out...and the deal is a good one.

Of course this will vary, depending on your selection of tile, shower trim, if you pull/replace pan, etc.

, i do want to get my realtors license this year that is one thing i plan on doing. however i don't want to stop my current job i like what i do and I'm in for a possible promotion to a 70k salary which would be nice to have for investing .and yes i have checked out a few pod casts and pan to check out the whole collection!
