Thus a MUCH heavier weight is put onto parties to transaction to advocate for self, vs residential which is primarily a consumer market and thus laden with consumer protections. 

If you are looking to make extra money, there are better ways to do it like waiting tables, detailing cars, stocking shelves at Walmart, increasing hours at your current job, door dashing, etc.

No shelves, TVs, plant hangers in the ceiling, etc.

Neighborhood has wide streets good infrastructure but still drug laden and surrounding area really rough.

Right now, it looks super easy that once you have a deal and close on it.. just list it on the MLS for top dollar.But if it was 2010, junk on the MLS wasn’t flying off the shelves.
