Please help....thanks (Also trying to contact Zillow or experian yields no results, as it will not allow you to talk to a human)

This is human nature.

However, I have heard horror stories about the homeless that can park out there and the police not coming to assist, gunshots, disrespect for your property, human waste lying around, and drug houses, and more.

Honestly, I think I just needed to hear another human say this.

HBR asked the human resource manager how she got such loyal employees to which she said that she primarily sought from rural small town villages.

As humans, we are not perfect, everyone makes mistakes, ALL nurses make mistakes. 

Divide that by the number of humans under its roof and you will have “Percentage of happy per human” which is an important metric in STR. 

Considering the width of an average human skull, I'm amazed they managed to miss the wall studs!  

Absolutely I will give them plenty of notice; if not to make sure everybody is on the same page, then just to be a decent human.

As humans we tend to make decisions more on emotions first, rather than on facts and figures.
