Half of my properties have come to me by word of mouth because I'm constantly talking about real estate with everyone.

In a market that's quickly becoming saturated differentiation is key.As Phil Knight said in Shoe Dog: "When you add some new thing or service to the lives of strangers, making them happier, or healthier, or safer, or better, and when you do it all crisply and efficiently, smartly, the way everything should be done but so seldom is - you're participating more fully in the whole grand human drama.

My business partner and I have been in sales for 15+ years so we scoured social (online) and real businesses and pitched them for 1-2 years (2017-2018)Once we got 1-2 major contracts (minor league hockey team & health care company), word of mouth and reputation did most of the work.

I'd just like to see one of these folks operating these non profits "because they want to help" put their money where their mouth is.

I sometimes go to that high-school mentality, so to make the bigger pockets people happier, I offered a more business option or two..If you find a solution and your neighbor smirks at you or rubs it in, I might try to forgive and move on with life.Good luck!

Call the listing agent and get info directly from the horse's mouth.

They're kinda living hand to mouth and I just want to see the best outcome for them.
