Short Term Rental Partners - North Florida
Hey all,
I'm new to BP so for my first post, instead of starting with what I'm looking for, I'm going to start with who I am and what I bring (read on if for "what I'm looking for").
I'm an ambitious and analytical young investor focused on developing a portfolio of cash flowing SFH and small multi-family short term rental properties in North Florida. I'm an organized, driven, analytical, team builder and deal finder with a process driven mindset. In my 9 to 5, I'm an account manager and project developer focused on service and turnkey projects related to HVAC and energy management with some experience in lighting, plumbing, and structural modification. I bring the ability to find and analyze deals, communicate clearly and consistently, organize and lead teams, and develop marketing strategies for rental properties.

@Paul "Boone" Lewis get your first property going if you haven’t already. Experience sells partners any way you can get it. Try buying a place with a 3% conventional loan that you can rent out after a year and do a slow flip in the meantime. Or use a 203k or home style loan to do a rehab. There are ways to get into your first property for very little and that will do more for you than most other things
