I read lots of real estate books such as Brandon Turner's real estate investment and i found out i am fascinated by real estate.

I recently became fascinated with real estate whilst talking with my grandparents over thanksgiving dinner.

It’s like judging science fair projects-a few questions and you can tell if the kid or parent did the project

So fascinating!

Real estate is a fascinating subject to discuss, with many techniques, strategies and leverage points based on personal choice and preference. 

There is a proven all cash buyer right there, simply contact them and form a relationship with them.Learning how to estimate rehab costs is not easy but it is also not rocket science, it just takes practice.

I am also a full time computer science student in my junior year.

If anyone has any contacts please let me know.I was trying to think of a polite way to word it, but as often happens, @Lucas Carl beat me to the punch.Your best bet is to do what the rest of us fellow Northerners do - get comfortable with out of state investing (yes there’s a learning curve but it aint rocket science!)
