No theater, no going out to eat, no steaks on the grill, no booze, no new clothes unless really necessary for work, no Starbucks......you get the idea, deprive yourself until you accomplish a money making goal!

Whether it is a woman alone by herself or someone who leaves there clothes in a machine and comes back later. 

We want to make sure that the tenants lots are reasonably tidy and that there isn't excessive trash or clothes hanging going on, for instance. 

If it is just dust, then some of those swiffer-type cloths or dusters might be worth trying.

That's a good idea, then the person using the dryer could actually stand in front of it instead of loading the clothes from the side.

Recently, bought a house in Auction that have everything still there, clothes, furniture, shoes, photos on wall and dressers, food in kitchen, vacuums, and all personal items.

It's the clothing type stores that are not doing that well.

Side note example: I have been running a clothing company for the past decade, and I can tell you that there was a few solid years between 2012-2016 where so many newbies came from no where thinking they can start a clothing company just by sticking some basic font on a T-shirt, without understanding any logistics of production, design, distribution, etc.
