I gotta say the new online permitting system Pasadena has is miles ahead of La Verne who still 100% paper and red pen and carbon copies in old filing cabinets.

There are about 50 things that came back as recommended fixes... from as big as elevated carbon monoxide levels to as small as screen doors, paint, etc.

If you want a good hide and easy cleaning, with lasting durability, you are going to pay more, because the quality of the materials used to make the paint can vary.If you want to save some money, I would recommend skipping the primer, and just getting a self priming white base paint, these will have a high titanium dioxide quantity in the can, comparable to what's in a primer.

It really could be something as small as your cleaning fee is $15 too high or everyone else has something like carbon monoxide detectors in their amenities list and you have them, but the box is not checked.
