Renting two houses same listing

How would you go about hypothetically renting a 4 bedroom and a 2 bedroom cabin on the same property (approximately 100 yards away from each other ) With the overall property on several acres.

Would it be best to do a listing where you include both units and have it as a theoretical 6 bedroom sleeping 14 or have them as two separate listings. They would each share a private road, but each cabin has their own driveway and private parking (you can’t even see the other cabin from the front porches when the leaves are on the trees) also, the 4 bedroom doesn’t have a view, but the 2 bedroom has a very good Mountain View.

has anyone done a listing like this? If so, how did it perform against a standalone 6 bedroom?
