Then a few months ago I happened upon my now beloved BP podcasts, and then Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and Think and Grow Rich, and... you get the point, my friends.

I became interested in real estate after reading a book I now know to be extremely well-known called Rich Dad Poor Dad which was recommended to me by a friend.

You are going to pay an extra 3.9% on investments outside of tax-sheltered vehicles (since Obama now considers you rich).Unfortunately, there's no way for real estate to lower your taxes.  

I recently read the book rich dad poor dad, and it changed my life.

Meanwhile I am camping out in the house; but since the law specifies the redemption notice to the sheriff has to be filed no more than 30 days in advance, or no less than 2 days in advance, I cannot figure out how much warning I will have that I have lost the house and have to be out on the street (another rich homeless person, how weird!).

I take after my Uncle who was a diamond cutter & entrepreneur, and my hazy notion as a child was that he was rich, simply because he lived in Laguna Beach, CA.
