Hello,

I wanted to reach out on a property that I am wholesaling. I have gotten a ton of mix reviews. Almost $100k in difference. So I thought I would ask the community what your thoughts and and your reasons why.

5291 Campo Rd Woodland Hills. Let me know after a full rehab to you think its worth. I am very interested in finding out how your come up with your numbers.
