Became a Broker Now what

I have been a salesperson for 6 years. I am now a broker. Can someone tell me  ( hopefully a massachusetts broker ) what I need to do to hire agents? 

Right now I have a sole proprietor LLC, and a home based office. I have no idea what the next steps would be. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
