To Jamie,CL is the only site that really requires using HTML for your ad, Backpace, ebay classifieds don't. you can save the image ad as a jpeg and upload it as a image with text.As a property locator searching for Seller's, I've been creating image ads for CL as well, however, the response rate has not been to my liking. if it would be possible would you/anyone mind offering some suggestions on creating a more eye catching ad as far as wording for example?

Hi Chris,You might still be able to track your print ads via a call tracking phone number specific to those ads and a web address that drops them on a landing page specific to the print ad as well.

@Kathi Miller there's a lot of posts on the BiggerPockets forums that are not accurate around the service animal vs emotional support animal distinction, in some cases due to discrepancies in state-state laws and/or misinterpretation of ADA guidelines in this area.

@Tater Raid What we did for one of our properties is run the ONE ad as a whole house, and when we got calls we asked if it was a group of friends or a family and during the tour, we would learn more about them.
