Hello,

I am new to the real estate world and i have some questions on how to start off. I have researched a bit and with my tight income I have decided to get into an owner carry duplex and become a landlord or some wholesaling would work as well. I have heard about making some bandit signs and posting them everywhere just to say "hey I'm here" or the mail cards to buyers and sellers. Some other sites have said also look on craigslist. I want to know what's worked best for the seasoned investors because i want to make this my full time job. Hopefully some of you can help me out and give me advice. Oh also my husband and I have been looking into paying for some mentoring programs but we don't know if it would be worth it since Bigger Pockets has taught me great stuff so far. Thanks
