Investment Info:Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Syracuse.

I remember one time the chief tax collector gave me the list, but he printed it one sheet at a time.   

I am looking at Ithaca, Cortland, and Syracuse as potential areas.

I'm no expert, and only have 1 unit myself, but I'm in the STR market just 25 minutes south of Syracuse so if STR's interest you, feel free to reach out to me for info.
