Sad to say, but Sales Agents are driven by commissions, big commissions, while Agents that primarily are focused entirely on PM are generally salaried, perhaps with a small commission when they procure a new client or rent a unit.

I don't believe the commercial loan or SBA would be options in this scenario and doing eight individual loans would be much more expensive and a lot more work.The portfolio loan will still get you a solid rate, it will cost much less to procure, and it will be easier to manage.
