How to Obtain a Complete Data Base for Direct Marketing Calls

Hi everyone,

My name is Ben, Im new here and have worked as an agent in CA, but am moving to Austin tx within the next year. I want to procure multifamily properties in the Austin area, preferably before I get there.

When I worked as an agent in CA, we could reach out to a title agent and order a "data base" which would include property title information as well as owner contact information. This was great b/c it allowed for marketing directly to property owners, whether their property was on the market or not.
I had planned on using this same method to call property owners directly in the Austin area, but thus far I have been unable to procure a complete data base...

In Texas, what is the best way to get property lists (multifamily, etc) and most importantly, the owners contact information?

Any advice is appreciated.

Best,

Ben
