I suspect it must be when I try to estimate the electricity , water and sewage , HOA and to mention a few, I turn to google first and if i don't find any information I just guesstimate a worst case scenario - I know, not the best of tactics and I am usually working on my active job during the day otherwise I'll call the utilities company.

It is a business, to run your business successfully you need data, to have a valid, relevant actionable point of discussion when interacting with your PM you need data, and live data makes for better transparency, this builds more trust which leads to stronger relationship, and better synergy in making strategic and tactical business moves that are beneficial to both parties.The fact that I asked this question, does not imply I'm worried that my PM is not doing a great job.
