Where do I find money for land ?
Where is the best places to find money for a small loan for land ? I need about 33 k for the land . Is there other things I need to pay for to buy land In Texas? Is 7 acres in Reagan Texas a good deal for 33k a good deal? And what are some good tactics to talk down the price ? What other ideas to pay for the land?
I am trying to buy this land from my family. My grandfather owned it and now my mom, uncle and Aunt owns it. I have lots ideas to make this land, a small business for my family. My mom is trying to get me good deal but my uncle is the main one to talk to . Which it seems my uncle and aunt , want to sell it soon ? They don’t want to do seller finance . They just all want to sell the land as soon as possible. I think they are giving me the first dibs on the land . What do y’all think?
