We give them the med anyway in some cases because their “allergy” is more of a sensitivity or a misunderstanding of the drug’s side effects & will do them more good than harm.

I've even placed fliers at the law and Med schools.The University has added a lot of new housing, so my understanding is the market is a bit saturated; however, I've seen houses close by rent out with no problem.

I have been reading BP books and have been listening to the podcasts so when the time comes we can purchase our first house with exit options (flip or hold) depending.Only one med school she applied to is in Oregon, so if she doesn't get into that school we will be moving out of state, possibly as far as Ohio or Texas.

I have severe ptsd, high blood pressure, and panick attacks.. holding my sbake and having it slowly moving around my neck and through my hands etc.. is the best therapy EVER  I've tried meds and other CRAP he relaxes me and helps me more than anything has..

They don't even know what living on their own is supposed to be like.Cons:- more wear and tear on the unit- higher chances of neighbor complaints (if parties, but some college tenants are just fine - look for pre-med, etc.)
