Yes, they may not lose their money but they won't make the most out it later down the line if it wasn’t a well-calculated purchase.I am sure all of this can be leveraged and outsourced but why can't all of the above be in one website, like imagine interactive brokers but for real estate investments.

I imagine a situation where you rent an expensive piece of machinery, and then their employee damages it, and now your left trying to collect from their insurance while being on the hook with the rental company.
