Is it a good idea ??

I am heavily into investing and I have been thinking lately about investing in Real estate.

Since I am familiar with stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) already, I thought why not give it a shot and see what is in for me in this industry? But here is the thing when I reached for my phone to invest I couldn’t, because it's not as easy as buying stocks with a single click of a button in a specific stock exchange app, let alone searching for the right deal if you have time and if you don’t you gotta leverage it to someone who Is going to find the deal for you, after that, you will need to apply for a loan (DSCLR LOAN which I am going to use) because if you are like me you're going to use the bank's money, not yours, after that, you will need to search for tenants or your property will suck money from your pockets and it won't be an investment anymore, and this applies btw to residential and commercial the small difference Is that commercial needs bigger sums of money but other than that its kinda similar.

My point is the process of investing in real estate is not as fluid as it seems and for busy people it may even turn them off or they may just start splurging money and expect high cash flow and that won't happen. Yes, they may not lose their money but they won't make the most out it later down the line if it wasn’t a well-calculated purchase.

I am sure all of this can be leveraged and outsourced but why can't all of the above be in one website, like imagine interactive brokers but for real estate investments.

Like just imagine a website where you see all well-calculated and ready-to-buy deals of real estate and a place where you monitor your property investments like how much they are worth. And also if there is a potential buyer or not, maybe also a community of investors, heck even finding new tenants, wouldn’t that be amazing investing in real estate while you are sitting on your cozy couch at home
