There were 4 opportunities for people to attend City Council meetings and give public comment.

The Developer is the President of the Mayor's Development Council and he was struggling for months to get all the approvals for the Closing which came just in time for my to get my Target Townhome.

I'm not a lawyer but as a PM in Chattanooga navigating these types of challenges with the help of legal council is relatively common.

Tell the property manager that you are paying for the water and if they want access to it, they need to pay...then tell them you are getting legal council.

I think Cardone will win or will be slapped with a small fine at worst.this harkens me back to about 91 and was in a arbitration.. and the opposing council kept showing my marketing piece where we stated that first trust deeds were safe.. 

There could be strategy in timing if you go to city council or chamber of commerce meetings for instance and have inside knowledge of a major employer leaving or something.

 per the National Multi Family Housing Council Apprx 94.5% of renters are paying their rent.  

In addidtion, I don't think Baltimore City has yet approved an accessory dwelling unit regualtion, even though there has been discussion at city council on it.
