This report has lots of useful data gathered for "The Plan" as defined by the Congressional Oversight Committee.The charts show why I'm trying to find where we are in the foreclosure string - when that string plays out, we'll only have the cause/effect foreclosures left to process (and FINALLY bring to whatever market survives 'til then).Read also pages 72-75 or thereabouts (Other Views)- a GREAT synopsis of how long this debacle has been in play. though its "feet" are planted a little later in the timeline than the 1979-1987.

If the pulls were from a lender he has open accounts with, then, the execs from Fair Issacs lied in their testimony before Congress.I think there are other things that caused the drop in the score.On really big clue, in my opinion is this...and a high dti I'm feeling pressure.A high debt to income ratio will trash a score faster than anything OTHER THAN not paying your bills as agreed.

PS Make sure when you speak to these "higher ups" that you ask for a letter or testimonial about what they think of the idea...You can use these to solicit others...Get your pitch down with the "small fry's"... and when you are good at your pitch, then hit up the "big boys" i.e.

But then I found this guy named Mark Whitten in Baltimore he had a book " How to flip houses like your hair is on fire" So i googled testimonials actually emailed him and found him out to be real and not a gimmick.
