Part of those cuts included the short-term rental tax loophole, a strategy real estate investors can use to help mitigate their rental income tax by offsetting earned income with real estate losses, and could be renewed or extended.

I like fitness and health and just like those two things, real estate investing is NOT a "one size fits all" solution.  

I've been investing in real estate for 10 years and have purchased and rented 50 sfh's and duplexes.

Do you have other ways to decrease your expenses or increase your income aside from real estate?
