Am I overthinking
Am I overthinking or is my concern valid? I’m interested in purchasing an investment property with equity I’ve developed in my current home, however I’m concerned that if I have an issue renting out the new home it can blow up in my face. Right now I have a kid in college and my primary income wouldn’t be any help. Should I wait until I have a little more breathing room before I purchase my investment property?
