However, I believe most will echo my sentiment in that we invest in real estate for one major reason over any other asset class: control.As for me, I enjoy being able to put my own money (and the money of others) to work, and being in complete control of my investment, instead of blindly throwing money at a CEO and praying that he does something good with it.Real estate requires work, as does anything else.
