If you're doing SMS campaigns, you then need to scrub that skip trace prospect list against the "Do Not Call" list provided by the FTC.As far as 'what does it well', i think skip tracing is subjective to the prospect list quality.

We have used a urine product from zep and scrubbed that down. 

I imagine foam is the only way to clean the attic space, as they aren't going to scrub with soap and water - maybe replace the insulation.

It doesn't matter if you are TCPA compliant, no one really wants cold texts or cold calls so the success comes in how much you scrub your lists and whether your texts are friendly or salesly.

So if I want a list of verified absentee owners with scrubbed phone numbers and email addresses along with names, sq ft, tax and lien info, I email the most highly rated VA with wonderful reviews from around ninety or more people and I go from there.
